OneClick Billed is a Chrome extension that helps SETSS and related-service providers enter sessions into P3. It is an independent tool and is not made by or affiliated with the NYC Department of Education.
OneClick Billed stores the information you enter or that it reads from your open P3 invoice: student names you type, usual weekly schedules, absences, weekly limits, optional hourly rates, monthly session totals, assignment IDs and the last-name text shown on P3. It also saves calendar screenshots, a PDF of the month's calendars, backups and finance spreadsheets to your computer's Downloads folder.
If you import a schedule file, it is read on your computer and is never uploaded. All of your student information stays on your computer, in Chrome's local storage and your Downloads folder. It is never sent to the developer or anyone else. OneClick Billed has no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Filling in P3 needs a paid subscription. To check it, OneClick Billed reads the email address you are signed in to Chrome with and, about once a day, sends a coded form of that email to the OneClick Billed subscription server. The server answers only whether that email has an active subscription. It stores your coded email and your subscription status, and nothing else. No student information is ever sent.
Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own page. OneClick Billed never sees or stores your card details. Stripe's privacy policy covers the payment information you give Stripe.
OneClick Billed never sees, stores or types your password. You log in to P3 yourself.
It is used only to fill in your P3 calendars and save your screenshots. It is not sold, shared or used for anything else.
Chrome requires access to all websites for an extension to take screenshots of a page during a long task. OneClick Billed only acts on a P3 tab you connect yourself, at vendor.finance360.org, and refuses to run on any other site.
Removing OneClick Billed from Chrome deletes the information it stored there. To have your subscription record deleted, cancel your subscription and email us. Backup files, finance spreadsheets, PDFs and screenshots stay in your Downloads folder until you delete them. They contain student information, so keep them private.
